Human Xeroderma Pigmentosum, Complementation Group C (XPC) ELISA Kit

A quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie enables measurement of the DNA damage recognition factor XPC, a component of the nucleotide excision repair complex responsible for sensing helix-distorting lesions caused by ultraviolet light. Laboratories investigating xeroderma pigmentosum, skin carcinogenesis, and broader genotoxin responses can apply this human-reactive ELISA to characterize repair protein abundance in tissue homogenates and cell lysates derived from patient or model system samples. The kit is supplied with pre-coated microwell strips and the calibrators, detection antibodies, and buffer reagents required to build a standard curve, with absorbance recorded on a standard microplate reader.
