Human XBP1 ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of Human XBP1, this Sandwich ELISA Kit uses a double-antibody, colorimetric detection method. The microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody specific to the target protein, and the assay employs a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-conjugated Streptavidin, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

The kit is reactive with Human samples and validated for Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate, and Other Liquid Samples. Kits should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. In linearity testing (n=5), serum showed 82-97% at 1:2, 88-102% at 1:4, and 80-91% at 1:8. Average recovery was 97% for serum, 95% for EDTA plasma, and 94% for heparin plasma.

The protocol includes a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, a 60-minute biotin-labeled detection antibody incubation, a 30-minute HRP-Streptavidin binding step, and TMB color development in the dark for 10-20 minutes. Components include the pre-coated dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody (100X), HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (100X), TMB substrate, sample and antibody dilution buffers, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, wash buffer (25X), plate sealer, and a technical manual.
