Human Xaa-Pro Dipeptidase/Prolidase/PEPD ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human Xaa-Pro Dipeptidase/Prolidase (PEPD). The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and is reactive with human samples. It is positioned within the cell biology research area and supports investigation of PEPD, an enzyme also known as Proline Dipeptidase, Imidodipeptidase, Peptidase D, or PRD. The procedure comprises a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, a 60-minute biotinylated detection antibody incubation, a 30-minute HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding step, and TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes. Absorbance is read at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.
