Human X-Ray Repair Cross Complementing 5 (XRCC5) ELISA Kit

This 96-assay ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of X-Ray Repair Cross Complementing 5 (XRCC5) protein, also known as Ku80, in human research samples. XRCC5 forms a heterodimer with Ku70, binding broken DNA ends and recruiting the DNA-dependent protein kinase catalytic subunit to initiate non-homologous end joining, the dominant pathway for repairing double-strand breaks throughout the cell cycle.
