Human WTAP/Pre-mRNA-splicing regulator WTAP ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is configured for the quantitative detection of human WTAP (Pre-mRNA-splicing regulator WTAP; also known as Wilms tumor 1-associating protein, Female-lethal 2D homolog, hFL(2)D, WT1-associated protein, KIAA0105). It uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric readout and is positioned for research in the cell cycle area, with reactivity limited to human samples.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay reports a sensitivity of 0.094 pmol/mL and a working range of 0.156–10 pmol/mL. Reported linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is 98–103% / 88–96% / 85–100% for serum (n=5), 93–105% / 83–101% / 81–95% for EDTA plasma (n=5), and 85–103% / 85–99% / 83–99% for heparin plasma (n=5). Recovery is reported as 85–99% (average 92%) for serum, 89–104% (average 96%) for EDTA plasma, and 90–104% (average 98%) for heparin plasma (all n=5). The procedure uses a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC), TMB substrate development with absorbance read at 450 nm, and storage at 2–8°C for 12 months.
