Human WT1/Wilms Tumor Protein ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human WT1 (Wilms Tumor Protein). The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for use with human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples.

It offers a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL with an assay range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL, supporting precise quantification of WT1 levels. WT1 is a key protein implicated in the development of Wilms tumor, a kidney cancer that predominantly affects children, and has also been linked to other cancers where it plays a role in cell growth and differentiation.
