Loss-of-function mutations in the WRN gene cause Werner syndrome, a progeroid disorder featuring accelerated aging and elevated cancer risk, while altered WRN expression has been documented across multiple tumor types, making the protein a focal point in oncology and geroscience research. This Assay Genie ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of human WRN in research specimens, supporting workflows in DNA damage response, cellular senescence, and synthetic lethality studies where WRN-deficient microsatellite-instable cancers are investigated alongside small-molecule inhibitors.
