Built for quantitative measurement of WD repeat-containing protein WRAP73 in human specimens, this colorimetric immunoassay from Assay Genie provides a complete reagent set for in vitro research on this WD-repeat scaffolding factor. WRAP73 plays an established role in recruiting telomerase to Cajal bodies, and altered expression has been reported in studies of telomere maintenance, DNA damage response, and in orbital fibroblasts from patients with thyroid eye disease.

The kit ships with pre-coated plate wells, detection antibody, recombinant protein standards, and substrate sufficient for 96 individual reactions. A standard curve is generated from serial dilutions of the provided reference standard, and sample concentrations are interpolated from the absorbance values. The protocol is compatible with standard microplate spectrophotometers capable of reading in the visible range.
