WRAP53 (WD40 repeat-containing protein antisense to TP53), also called TCAB1 or WDR79, is a Cajal body protein that guides telomerase to telomeric RNA and stabilizes p53 mRNA through a natural antisense transcript. Assay Genie's quantitative immunoassay measures this telomere maintenance factor in a 96 Assays microplate configuration, supporting studies of dyskeratosis congenita, DNA damage responses, and cancer biology where WRAP53 expression or mutation is of interest.
