Human WNT7B ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of WNT7B protein in human biological samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection via TMB substrate, read at 450 nm, and offers a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL with a standard curve range of 0.313–20 ng/mL.

The kit includes a pre-coated dismountable microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled detection antibody (100X), HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC, 100X), TMB substrate, sample and antibody dilution buffers, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, 25X wash buffer, plate sealers, and a technical manual. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months, with some components also suitable for storage at -20°C. Reported linearity ranges across serum (82–100%), EDTA plasma (81–102%), and heparin plasma (82–101%) at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8, with average recovery values of 93% (serum), 97% (EDTA plasma), and 94% (heparin plasma).

The procedure involves equilibrating reagents, loading standards/samples/controls for a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, followed by 60-minute biotin-labeled detection antibody binding, 30-minute HRP-Streptavidin binding, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after stop solution addition. WNT7B is a secreted signaling protein implicated in cell proliferation, differentiation, and tissue development, with research applications in metabolism and disease areas including cancer, developmental disorders, and inflammatory diseases.
