Human WNT7A ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit developed by Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human Protein Wnt-7a (WNT7A) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit is intended for research use only and is reactive with human specimens, with specificity for natural and recombinant human Protein Wnt-7a.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 31.2-2000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 8.9 pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 6.1% and inter-assay CV is 8.5%. Recovery in serum averages 96% (range 90-102%) and in plasma averages 98% (range 92-104%).
