Human WNT4 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the precise measurement of WNT4 levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. WNT4 is described as a key signaling protein involved in embryonic development, tissue regeneration, and cell growth, with dysregulation linked to cancer, osteoporosis, and developmental disorders.

The kit uses a colorimetric detection method with a double-antibody sandwich format. Reported sensitivity is 0.188 ng/mL with a standard range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Recommended storage is 2–8°C for 12 months. Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, with reported ranges of 86–105%, 88–97%, and 80–97% for serum; 89–101%, 84–100%, and 80–92% for EDTA plasma; and 92–102%, 84–101%, and 83–96% for heparin plasma. Recovery averages are 99% (serum), 94% (EDTA plasma), and 95% (heparin plasma).

The assay procedure involves reagent and plate preparation, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody incubation at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and a stop reaction with absorbance measurement at 450 nm.
