Human WNT3A ELISA Kit

A quantitative sandwich ELISA built on a double-antibody format from Assay Genie, designed to measure human WNT3A (Protein Wnt-3a). The workflow uses a pre-coated capture antibody on the plate, a biotin-conjugated detection antibody, and HRP-Streptavidin to produce a colorimetric signal read at 450 nm following TMB substrate development.

The assay has a stated range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL, and is validated for human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other biological fluids. Reported recovery across serum (n=5), EDTA plasma (n=5), and heparin plasma (n=5) averages 98%, 91%, and 97% respectively, with linearity ranges varying by sample dilution. The procedure involves sequential incubations at 37°C: 90 minutes for sample and standard binding, 60 minutes for the biotin-labelled detection antibody, and 30 minutes for the HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, followed by TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes and a stop reaction read at 450 nm.
