Human WNT2 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit uses a double-antibody format with a colorimetric detection method for the quantitative measurement of human WNT2. The assay is reactive with human samples including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Performance is supported by linearity and recovery data for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. For serum (n = 5), linearity is 81-96% at a 1:2 dilution, 86-97% at 1:4 and 81-99% at 1:8, with a recovery range of 91-105% and an average of 94%. For EDTA plasma (n = 5), linearity is 87-96% at 1:2, 94-105% at 1:4 and 87-101% at 1:8, with a recovery range of 88-101% and an average of 95%. For heparin plasma (n = 5), linearity is 98-104% at 1:2, 91-104% at 1:4 and 86-103% at 1:8, with a recovery range of 86-99% and an average of 93%.
