Human WNT1-inducible-signaling pathway protein 3 (WISP3) ELISA Kit

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 93.75-6000pg/mL, a sensitivity of 50pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.5% and an inter-assay CV of 7.9%. Recovery is reported as 97% (91-103%) in serum and 99% (93-105%) in plasma, and linearity has been characterised in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across serial dilutions. Specificity covers natural and recombinant human Cellular communication network factor 6.
