Human Wnt-9a PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1240)

Quantitative measurement of human Wnt-9a in research samples is supported by this PharmaGenie ELISA from Assay Genie. Wnt-9a is a secreted lipid-modified signaling glycoprotein of the Wnt family, implicated in chondrocyte differentiation, limb joint formation, and aspects of bone morphogenesis; altered Wnt-9a expression has also been described in several tumor types, making it a target of interest in developmental biology, regenerative medicine, and oncology research programs.

The kit uses a dual-antibody recognition format on a pre-coated microplate, with bound analyte detected by an enzyme-labeled secondary reagent. Signal develops through a chromogenic substrate and is read as absorbance, with concentration interpolated from a standard curve.
