Human WISP3/CCN6 ELISA Kit

A sandwich (double antibody) ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of WISP3 (WNT1-inducible-signaling pathway protein 3), also referred to as CCN6, in human samples. The kit is reactive with human samples including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

According to the technical manual, the assay has a reported detection range of 93.75-6000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 56.25pg/mL. It uses a capture antibody pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate, a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-conjugated Streptavidin, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a microplate reader. Reagent volumes and plate configurations vary depending on whether the kit format is set up for 48 or 96 assays, and a Bradford Reagent is included to support total protein quantification for sample normalization.

The kit is intended for research use only, is shipped on ice packs, and is stored according to the conditions described in the kit contents. Additional materials required to perform the assay include a 37°C incubator, a plate reader with a 450 nm filter, precision pipettes and disposable tips, distilled water, disposable tubes for sample dilution, and absorbent paper.
