Human Wilms tumor protein 1-interacting protein (WTIP) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Wilms tumor protein 1-interacting protein (WTIP), also referred to as WT1-interacting protein. The assay is intended for research use only and detects natural and recombinant human WTIP.

The kit offers a detection range of 0.39-25ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.098ng/mL. Reported precision values include an intra-assay CV of 5.3% and an inter-assay CV of 9.2%. Compatible specimen categories are serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Linearity has been validated across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. In serum (N=5), the corresponding ranges were 84-93%, 92-102%, 80-89% and 110-118%; in EDTA plasma (N=5), 89-99%, 88-100%, 97-108% and 104-113%; and in heparin plasma (N=5), 83-93%, 87-96%, 87-95% and 90-102%.
