WD repeat domain 77 protein (WDR77, also known as MEP50 or p44) is a regulatory cofactor of PRMT5 protein arginine methyltransferase, with documented roles in symmetric histone methylation, spliceosome assembly, and estrogen receptor signaling. The Assay Genie WDR77 ELISA Kit provides quantitative measurement of WDR77 in human research samples and supports oncology investigations of prostate cancer progression, hormone-driven tumor models, and broader tumor biology research.

The assay employs a matched antibody pair immobilized on a microtitre plate to capture WDR77 from test samples, with detection via an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody and TMB substrate. The enzymatic reaction is stopped with acid and absorbance is read spectrophotometrically for quantification. Each kit contains reagents for 96 individual assays in a single-use microplate format and is intended for research use only.
