The Human WDR20 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides quantitative detection of WD Repeat Domain 20 (WDR20), a WD40 repeat scaffolding protein implicated in pre-mRNA spliceosome assembly through its interaction with the U2AF1 splicing factor. WDR20 also functions as a substrate receptor component within the CRL4-DCAF ubiquitin ligase complex, linking it to DNA damage response pathways and tumor suppressor biology investigated in hepatocellular and ovarian carcinoma research. The kit is supplied as a research use only reagent set configured for a full-plate workflow and contains pre-coated microplate wells, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, and a recombinant WDR20 standard for curve generation.
