Human WBS15/LAT2 ELISA Kit (HUFI08307)

The Human WBS15/LAT2 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of the WBS15/LAT2 adapter protein, also known as NTAL (Non-T-cell Activation Linker). This transmembrane signaling molecule is encoded within the Williams-Beuren syndrome critical region on chromosome 7q11.23 and is implicated in B cell receptor signaling, mast cell activation, and innate immune cell communication.

Each kit is supplied in a microplate format containing 96 Assays with all buffers, standards, and detection antibody required to run the immunoassay. A recommended sample volume of 100 uL per well supports the standard ELISA workflow. Reconstituted reagents should be refrigerated to preserve antibody binding activity and stored according to the insert. Intended for research use only in laboratory settings.
