Human VWF (Von Willebrand Factor) CLIA Kit (HUES01145)

From Assay Genie, this chemiluminescence-based immunoassay is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Von Willebrand Factor (VWF). The assay uses a sandwich-CLIA principle: the microplate is pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human VWF, and standards or samples are combined with the capture antibody before sequential addition of a biotinylated detection antibody and an Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate. After washing, substrate is added and Relative light unit (RLU) values are measured on a chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer; RLU values correlate positively with VWF concentration.

Key performance figures include a sensitivity of 0.19 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.31-20 ng/mL. The validated application is the in vitro quantitative determination of Human VWF concentrations in plasma using a sample volume of 100 μL. The total assay time is 4.5 hours. Reproducibility is reported with both intra-assay and inter-assay coefficients of variation below 15%, and the kit recognizes Human VWF in samples with no significant cross-reactivity or interference between Human VWF and analogues.
