Human VWA1 ELISA Kit (HUFI05680)

The VWA1 protein (Von Willebrand Factor A Domain Containing 1), also known as WARP, is an extracellular matrix glycoprotein investigated in neuromuscular and connective tissue disease research. Mutations in VWA1 have been linked to hereditary neuromuscular disorders, making quantitative protein measurement valuable for studies of extracellular matrix composition and pathology. This ELISA from Assay Genie provides a complete reagent set including pre-coated microplate strips, calibration standards, detection antibodies, and substrate solution. The 96 individual well microplate allows researchers to measure endogenous VWA1 in human samples. Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and the chromogenic substrate should be protected from light during color development.
