Human VS (Versican/PG-M) CLIA Kit (HUES00703)

Assay Genie offers a chemiluminescence-based immunoassay kit built on a Sandwich-CLIA principle for the in vitro quantitative determination of Human VS (Versican/PG-M) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses pre-coated micro CLIA plate wells and is intended for human samples, with the relative light unit (RLU) value measured by a chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer and shown to be positively associated with the concentration of Human VS.

Configured as a Sandwich assay with a total run time of 4.5h, the kit reports a sensitivity of 37.50 pg/mL and a detection range of 62.50-4000 pg/mL. The required sample volume is 100 μL, and reproducibility is stated as both intra-CV and inter-CV below 15%. Specificity testing found no significant cross-reactivity or interference between Human VS and analogues in the samples tested.

Versican PG-M is described as a key protein involved in extracellular matrix organization and cell adhesion, playing a critical role in tissue development and homeostasis.
