VPS41 (vacuolar protein sorting-associated protein 41) is a core subunit of the homotypic fusion and protein sorting (HOPS) tethering complex, which drives autophagosome-lysosome fusion, late endosomal maturation, and endolysosomal trafficking. The Assay Genie Human VPS41 ELISA Kit enables quantitative in vitro measurement of this target in research specimens and is applied in studies of neurodegenerative disease mechanisms, lysosomal storage biology, and intracellular pathogen vacuole biology.
