Human VMA21 ELISA Kit (HUFI05715)

This immunoassay from Assay Genie is built to quantify human VMA21 (Vacuolar ATPase Assembly Factor 21), a small endoplasmic reticulum-resident chaperone required for proper assembly of the vacuolar H⁺-ATPase proton pump. Because VMA21 mutations are linked to X-linked myopathy with excessive autophagy (XMEA) and broader lysosomal storage phenotypes, the kit supports research into vacuolar acidification, autophagic flux, and muscle-wasting biomarkers. The plate provides enough wells for 96 determinations and is read on standard ELISA plate readers; the procedure is recommended for in vitro research use only. Store unopened components refrigerated until first use, keep diluted standards frozen in single-use aliquots, and limit reconstituted reagents to no more than three freeze-thaw cycles to preserve antibody binding activity.
