Vezatin (VEZT) is a transmembrane adherens-junction protein that tethers the cadherin–catenin complex to the underlying actin cytoskeleton, and altered expression has been reported in several tumor types and in autosomal-recessive hearing-loss research. This in vitro ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of human Vezatin and is supplied as a complete 96 Assays pack with all reagents required to run the assay. The assay is validated for serum or plasma matrices and is used by researchers to compare VEZT levels between case and control cohorts. The colorimetric readout is captured on a standard microplate reader.
