Human VEGF-B/Vascular Endothelial Cell Growth Factor B ELISA Kit

The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, employing a TMB substrate with absorbance read at 450 nm.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a standard range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Linearity was validated at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions (n = 5): serum 88–105% / 90–97% / 82–92%, EDTA plasma 95–105% / 86–100% / 80–90%, and heparin plasma 89–102% / 82–98% / 88–98%. Recovery ranges were 86–96% for serum (average 90%), 89–103% for EDTA plasma (average 96%) and 89–105% for heparin plasma (average 96%). Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
