Human VCAM1/CD106 SuperSet ELISA Kit

A colorimetric ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the detection of human VCAM-1/CD106 in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant samples. It belongs to a DIY ELISA range created with the pharmaceutical and biotech research sectors in mind, providing a highly optimised monoclonal antibody pair and a purified recombinant protein standard for reliable analyte quantification in cell culture supernatants as well as in more complex matrices such as serum and plasma.

The assay covers a range of 1.56 ng/ml to 50 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.6 ng/ml, using a 100 µl sample volume and a total incubation of 1h45 from sample to end. It recognises both natural and recombinant human soluble VCAM-1, with no cross reactivity against other human adhesion molecules tested. Standard curves are calibrated to NIBSC, and all reagents are validated to ISO 9001:2000 quality systems.

Each kit provides capture and biotinylated detection antibodies, one standard per plate, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate, and a detailed protocol including buffer composition. An accessory pack is also available, supplied for use with additional plates.
