The assay uses antibodies raised against the human VBP1 sequence, providing human-specific detection across multiple sample types. The kit is configured for 96 individual determinations and is supplied with assay plate, detection antibody, recombinant protein standards, diluents, wash concentrate, and tetramethylbenzidine substrate for color development.
