VAV1 (Vav Guanine Nucleotide Exchange Factor 1) is a 95 kDa cytoplasmic signaling protein predominantly expressed in hematopoietic cells, where it acts as a GEF for Rho/Rac family GTPases. This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of VAV1 protein, supporting studies on T-cell and B-cell receptor signaling, immune cell development, cytoskeletal reorganization, and leukemogenesis. The capture antibody is specific to human VAV1, with no significant cross-reactivity with the VAV2 or VAV3 paralogs.
