Human Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (KDR) ELISA Kit

This sandwich-format ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of Human Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 2 (also known as KDR, VEGFR-2, FLK-1, and CD309) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method, reacts with human samples, and recognises both natural and recombinant human VEGFR-2.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.78-50 ng/mL and sensitivity of 0.39 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 4.9% and inter-assay CV is 9.8%. Recovery averages 100% (range 94-106%) in serum and 102% (range 96-108%) in plasma.
