Human Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 1 (FLT1) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of Human Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 1 (FLT1) in human samples. FLT1, also known as VEGFR-1, is a receptor tyrosine kinase that plays a central role in angiogenesis and vascular development, and is of research interest in areas including cancer and cardiovascular disorders.

The kit uses a Sandwich ELISA format with colorimetric detection, and is intended for use with human samples. It offers a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.12ng/mL. Precision has been characterised with an intra-assay CV of 5.1% and an inter-assay CV of 8.2%. Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with average recoveries of 96% (range 90-102%) for serum and 98% (range 92-104%) for plasma.

Suitable sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit specifically recognises natural and recombinant human VEGFR1/FLT1 and is associated with UniProt entry P17948. It is intended for research use only and is relevant to cardiovascular research.
