Human Vanin 3 (VNN3) ELISA Kit

The Human Vanin 3 (VNN3) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is configured for quantitative measurement of VNN3 in human-derived specimens and contains all reagents required to complete the immunoassay workflow from sample loading through final absorbance readout on a microplate. VNN3, also known as GPI-80, is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored pantetheinase that belongs to the vanin hydrolase family (VNN1, VNN2, VNN3); these enzymes hydrolyze pantetheine into pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) and cysteamine, and altered VNN3 expression has been investigated in studies of leukocyte trafficking, oxidative stress, and inflammatory signaling. The Assay Genie kit supplies capacity for 96 individual determinations and is intended for research use only in studies of VNN3 in serum, plasma, tissue lysates, and conditioned cell culture media, with a recommended sample volume of 100 uL per well. Each pack includes a pre-coated plate, assay diluent, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer concentrate, TMB substrate, and recombinant VNN3 standards for standard curve generation. Unopened reagents are shipped refrigerated and should be protected from light; reconstituted standards and working dilutions should be aliquoted and stored frozen, with limited freeze-thaw cycles recommended to preserve activity.
