Human VAMP7/TI-VAMP ELISA Kit (HUFI05729)

Assay Genie's VAMP7/TI-VAMP ELISA Kit is a quantitative immunoassay for measuring vesicle-associated membrane protein 7 (VAMP7), also known as tetanus neurotoxin-insensitive VAMP, in human biospecimens. VAMP7 belongs to the SNARE protein family and mediates membrane fusion during exocytosis, lysosomal trafficking, and autophagy, supporting research on neurotransmitter release, immune cell degranulation, and LC3-associated phagocytosis. The kit is supplied in a microplate format with pre-coated capture wells, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and wash and substrate buffers. Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and unused strips returned to the foil pouch with desiccant.
