The VAC14 protein (also known as ArPIKfyve-associated regulator) is a scaffold component that regulates the PIKFYVE lipid kinase, which controls biosynthesis of phosphatidylinositol 3,5-bisphosphate and endosomal membrane trafficking. Developed by Assay Genie, this kit is configured for quantitative measurement of human VAC14, with reagents supplied in individual vials prepared for a microplate protocol. Suggested sample volume is 100 uL per well, with a standard curve generated alongside unknowns.
