Human V-Fos FBJ Murine Osteosarcoma Viral Oncogene Homolog (FOS) ELISA Kit

The FOS proto-oncogene encodes the c-Fos nuclear phosphoprotein, a key component of the activator protein-1 (AP-1) transcription factor complex formed through dimerization with JUN family proteins. Quantitative measurement of c-Fos supports research into immediate-early gene activation, neuronal activity mapping, osteoblast differentiation pathways, and tumor cell signaling.
