Human UVRAG ELISA Kit (HUFI05750)

The Assay Genie Human UVRAG ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of UV Radiation Resistance-Associated protein in human samples using a two-antibody capture format and an absorbance-based readout. UVRAG is a critical regulator of autophagy initiation through its interaction with the Beclin-1/PI3K class III complex, and it also participates in DNA double-strand break repair via the ATR pathway.
