Human USP5 ELISA Kit (HUFI05742)

The Assay Genie Human USP5 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of Ubiquitin-Specific Protease 5 (USP5), a 96 kDa deubiquitinating enzyme that cleaves unanchored polyubiquitin chains and regulates DNA damage repair, p53 stability, and NF-κB inflammatory signaling.

USP5, also known as isopeptidase T, is implicated in oncogenesis, viral immune evasion, and neurodegenerative pathways, making the assay relevant to investigators studying tumor biology, ubiquitin-proteasome dynamics, and post-translational modification mechanisms in vitro.
