Human USP45 ELISA Kit (HUFI05751)

Quantitative ELISA from Assay Genie for measurement of human ubiquitin-specific peptidase 45 (USP45), supplied as a microplate-based 96-test kit. USP45 is a deubiquitinating enzyme that cleaves ubiquitin moieties from substrate proteins and plays characterized roles in the cellular response to DNA double-strand breaks, in modulation of NF-κB inflammatory signaling, and in regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress pathways. Quantitative measurement of USP45 in research specimens supports investigation of these pathways across disease models.

Each kit provides reagents and pre-coated microplate wells for 96 individual USP45 determinations using an absorbance-based readout.
