The Assay Genie USP42 immunoassay enables quantitative measurement of Ubiquitin-Specific Peptidase 42, a cysteine protease deubiquitinase implicated in p53 stabilization, DNA double-strand break repair, and hepatocellular carcinoma progression. Researchers investigating ubiquitin-proteasome signaling, oncogenic transformation, or chromatin remodeling pathways can use this kit to profile USP42 levels in human research specimens. The microplate is pre-coated with a human-specific capture antibody, and the assay uses a 100 uL sample volume per well.
