Human USP35 ELISA Kit (HUFI08313)

The USP35 enzyme, also known as Ubiquitin Specific Peptidase 35, is a cysteine protease belonging to the deubiquitinating enzyme family. It cleaves ubiquitin chains from substrate proteins, regulating protein turnover, cellular stress responses, and genomic stability in dividing cells. Investigators studying post-translational modification pathways, tumor biology, or DNA damage signaling use this microplate assay to quantify USP35 levels across experimental cohorts.

Each Assay Genie kit ships with the components needed to process a full 96 Assays run, including pre-coated plate wells, biotinylated detection reagent, lyophilized standards, wash buffer, and TMB substrate, and is validated with a working detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL. The protocol calls for 100 μL of sample per well, and reagents should be stored refrigerated between uses to preserve activity.
