Human USO1 (Protein USO1 homolog) ELISA Kit (HUFI07377)

The Human USO1 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a quantitative immunoassay for Protein USO1 homolog. USO1, also called p115, is a long coiled-coil peripheral membrane tether that docks COPI and COPII transport vesicles onto Golgi cisternae, recruits the matrix protein GM130, and supports SNARE-mediated fusion during ER-to-Golgi trafficking. Measuring USO1 abundance is informative for studies of secretion, organelle integrity, and vesicle coat biology in cell and tissue research.

Each kit contains a capture-antibody-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, lyophilized standard curve proteins, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer concentrate, chromogenic substrate solution, stop reagent, and plate seals. The package ships on refrigerated gel packs; unopened reagents should be kept at 4 °C and protected from light. Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and frozen to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The assay uses 100 µL of sample per well.
