A quantitative colorimetric microplate immunoassay from Assay Genie, this Human Uromodulin PharmaGenie ELISA Kit measures uromodulin, also known as Tamm-Horsfall protein, in human research samples. Uromodulin is the most abundant glycoprotein excreted in normal urine and serves as a biomarker of tubular kidney function, supporting studies of renal physiology, chronic kidney disease progression, and urinary tract biology. The kit is supplied in a microplate format for processing multiple samples per run and is reactive specifically with human uromodulin. Intended for research use only.
