Human Urokinase plasminogen activator surface receptor (PLAUR) ELISA Kit

Reported performance includes a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.022 ng/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 4.4% and an inter-assay CV of 8.3%. Linearity was assessed in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16. Average recovery is 95% (range 89–101%) in serum and 97% (range 91–103%) in plasma.
