Human Urocortin 1 (UCN1) ELISA Kit

Urocortin 1 (UCN1) is a 40-amino acid neuropeptide of the corticotropin-releasing factor (CRF) family that signals through CRFR1 and CRFR2 receptors. This Assay Genie kit supports quantitative measurement of UCN1 in neuroendocrine, cardiovascular, and stress-axis research workflows.

No significant cross-reactivity has been reported against UCN2 or UCN3. Each run requires a 100 µL sample volume and the procedure is read on a standard microplate reader.
