URM1 (Ubiquitin-Related Modifier 1) is a small ~11 kDa ubiquitin-like modifier that participates in tRNA thiolation and post-translational protein conjugation. This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of URM1 in human research specimens, supporting studies of oxidative stress, ubiquitin-like modifier networks, and mitochondrial thiolation pathways. The kit includes a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and standard diluent for 96 determinations.
