Human Uracil Phosphoribosyltransferase (UPRT) ELISA Kit

Built around the pyrimidine salvage enzyme Uracil Phosphoribosyltransferase (UPRT), this Assay Genie immunoassay quantitatively measures UPRT protein levels in human tissue homogenates and cell lysates. UPRT catalyzes the conversion of uracil to UMP using PRPP, a reaction that supports normal nucleotide recycling and is also relevant to tumor-cell proliferation and the intracellular activation of 5-fluorouracil, making the kit applicable to cancer biology, chemotherapy-response studies, and pyrimidine-pathway research.

Supplied as a 96-assay colorimetric microplate kit, the assay is reactive with human UPRT and ships with the precoated plate, detection reagents, and a standard needed to build a calibration curve.
