Human UPP2 ELISA Kit

A sensitive sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the precise quantification of UPP2 (Ubiquitin specific peptidase 2) levels in human samples. The assay uses a double antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and is reactive with human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Reported sensitivity is 18.75 pg/mL with an assay range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL. Linearity has been validated across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8, with serum recovery ranging from 87–97% (average 92%), EDTA plasma recovery 86–103% (average 91%), and heparin plasma recovery 86–101% (average 96%). Kits should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

The protocol covers reagent and plate equilibration, primary incubation at 37°C, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate binding, TMB substrate development in the dark, and absorbance reading at 450 nm.
