Human ULK1 (Unc-51 Like Kinase 1) ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit employs a double-antibody detection method for the quantitative measurement of human ULK1 (Unc-51 Like Kinase 1), a protein central to autophagy. Dysregulation of ULK1 has been implicated in cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and metabolic conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for research into disease mechanisms and therapeutic interventions.

The assay achieves a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL across a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Validated human sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. All reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

Linearity, evaluated at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, showed serum (n=5) at 83–101%, 80–92%, and 93–103%; EDTA plasma (n=5) at 83–96%, 80–97%, and 87–105%; and heparin plasma (n=5) at 85–98%, 85–97%, and 91–105%. Recovery testing returned serum (n=5) at 87–104% with an average of 95%, EDTA plasma (n=5) at 89–102% averaging 97%, and heparin plasma (n=5) at 88–103% averaging 92%.
